Crossfit-"Sac Town Throw Down"

Jon and a few other co-crossfitters decided to enter the "Sac Town Throw Down" competition hosted at Crossfit East Sac. It was such a fun event to be at and to cheer him on. The competition was fierce and people came from all over California to join in. Jon did a phenomenal job and held his own very well! He's turning out to be quite the athlete. I'm so proud of you.
