Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day and the kids and I had a special father's day planned for Jon. He worked last night so we were able to put everything together the night before.  I'm sad I didn't get any pictures of the decorations.  Anyhow, it was centered around Jon being our super hero.  We made him this undershirt to wear to church just like Super-Man how he keeps his tight uniform under his clothes and busts through his shirts like the hulk to save the day.  We had a yummy mexican meal made by me and "Dad's Rootbeer" to wash it all down.  Sorry about the sugar, babe.  Then it was desert time and here is Britlee with it just about everywhere!  We love you so much and can't imagine our lives without you!  We miss you everyday you are gone and run to the door every time you get home in the morning!

Valiant the Movie

Anyone seen Valiant the movie? It's an animated film about carrier pigeons and their role in WWII. Seriously a great movie. Here is Brody acting like one of the carrier pigeons from the movie. He made talons for his feet and wings for his little hands out of paper and tape. And if you are wondering, yes that is a diaper on his head as his helmet and his SCBA bottle that Jon made for him out of string and a 2 liter soda bottle. Isn't he creative?! Seriously cracks me up every time I see this!

Silly Selfies!

We were up late and the little girls were sleeping.  We sent these silly selfies to Jon while he was gone at work.  We love and miss you!

New Roof

Take a look at that new beauty!  No more shingles falling off when it's windy or rainy and we can see through the new sky lights in the bathrooms!  This guy did such a great job!  It looks amazing, but what a mess it is in the attic. YUCK!

Max's BD Party

Today we traveled to Fremont to celebrate Max's birthday!  The kids didn't bring bathing suits but it was hot so they busted out the slip and slide and all the kids went in their underwear!  Love the underwear butts! I love how the kids love each other and always have a great time with cousins. 

6 Flags

Six Flags is so much fun! Today it was just the kids and I and we brought our bathing suits for some water play! Going on rides was getting a little hot! We miss you Jon!

Boating Fun

Today we went out on the boat for some summer fun!  Brody brought Braeden along and we all had a great time! Thanks Jon for being the chauffeur.  Soon enough we will be able to get in the water too and do some tricks!

Harley!

Jon's back at it again!  Craiglisting!  Meet Harley, our newest family member in black cherry. Yes that is a word that was made up for this man of a hobby of his. This is his newest toy.  We'll see how long it lasts in his possession before selling.  Wager anyone?

Brody and Baseball

Brody was a lot of fun to watch!  He's puts forth an all-out effort every time and always had a smile on his face!  He ended the season with a running chase to a football tackle all the way from 2nd plate to home!  He never let go of that ball and that other boy was most definitely OUT!
