Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to our friends and family!  We hope your year was a wonderful one and that the next will be even more joyous!

Christmas Eve

This past weekend we went to Grammy and Grandpa's house in Livermore. The kids had a great time with toys, crafts, wii and church. The kids were excited to open their gifts and Brody got a BYU uniform with his name on back and refuses to take it off (see Brody in the car on the way to Christmas Eve dinner).  Jon taught him the heisemann pose! Rylee got a bead set, Taylee got a baby and Britlee got a singing hippo.  Today we went to the Bradley's for christmas eve dinner and it was fun and relaxing!  But it wasn't complete without the live nativity put on by the kids.  Hilarious!  Thanks to Aimee for directing it and for costume design. Jon got the video.  Bummer no pictures except for the cute little angel, Taylee.

Toothless!

Rylee has been working on this front tooth for quite sometime now. She was bound and determined that she would pull it out in class so she could get a sticker. Of course, a reward! I went into her class this day for their holiday party, which they had a blast doing, and Rylee pulled out the tooth with force and it popped out. We thought we lost it for a moment, but soon retrieved it and happy again. She was a bloody mess and I just love the toothless grin!

Church Entertainment

Rylee's Mini Meet

Brody was off to a birthday party today while the the girls and I with Aimee and her girls, Lily and Oma, and Christie and Chloe. It was fun to watch Rylee and see how much she is improving over time. I hope she keeps it up because it could be her thing...if I could just convince her to stretch every now and again. Congratulations Rylee, you did great! Afterwards it was dinner at BJ's, yum.

SMFD Xmas Party

I love the tradition of going to the SMFD's christmas party. We are the regulars who always go whether Jon is off or not. He was working yet again and missed it. We had a great time and it was fun to see other SMFD friends and their growing kids. The day was full of bouncing in the bounce house, crafts a light breakfast and Santa...again. GEEZ!

EDH Ward Xmas Party

Brody's preschool teacher Miss Shannon was singing in their ward christmas party and and she invited the class. We thought it would be nice to support her because she does so much for the kids AND she does have a good voice. It was great to see old friends and to see Santa...again.

Disneyland Day 2

Day 2 was equally as fun! Thanks again Renee for hanging with us. We saw so much and we'd love to go again, but we will really have to save up because Sam and Renee are moving to Walnut Creek for a job change! We are so happy for you guys that we will be closer! Thanks to Sam's mom for the hotel and the great breakfasts! My kids were in food heaven!
